Apple Will Sue Your Grandmother

Now it is a well-known fact that Apple somehow manages to sue everyone and their grandmothers for everything. Forget that they manage to copy others then find some way to sue these same others.

It’s what they sue for that is truly amazing.  They sue for a rounded corner on a phone. They sue for allowing tapping on a screen. They sue for using square icons. How do you win a case based on a claim that you are the only one who can create a white square on a screen??? What an utterly absurd system we seem to be a part of. You have paid millions of dollars in taxes to ensure that this system works. Well done guys.

Now all these claims according to Apple, is the way for other smart phone makers to “rip off” something or the other of theirs. Apple was not the first smartphone maker-and quite frankly, most of what they have sued for could have been rightly claimed by IBM or Palm Computing. But never mind that. Can you honestly justify a tap or holding down a screen as patent-able-much more honoring such a claim? What is disconcerting is the fact that many people are on an Apple bandwagon and the minute apple sues, then the masses are able to say that another company has infringed on Apple’s patent.

We have come to believe that Apple deflects attention from the mediocrity in its recent innovative strategies and the fact that it is behind by being-well-ridiculous. It is no secret that Apple is behind the smart phone revolution. However, they have fallen far behind Android over the years and their most recent “innovation” the iPhone 6s and 6sPlus were the first real step towards current standards set by Google, Samsung, and HTC, and even so, these were copies of Yester-Androids.

But they are Apple, they have an ardent following, and they have created a brand. So, they will compel you to purchase an iPhone, use it exactly how they tell you to, and with what applications, or you may face a lawsuit. So buckle up for your iTunes ride. Apple is making sure the world is that much safer for the iPhone massive. Just as long as you do not infringe on any patents. And when we say any-we mean any. Well done Apple.
